while still being playful and one-of-a-kind!

hello!
i’m Amber, the creator/owner of disco drips!
i grew up in ohio and graduated from ohio state university in 2020 with a bachelor of arts degree. i have been attending music festivals of all shapes and sizes since 2017! my first big festival was bonnaroo and my all-time favorites are lightning in a bottle, dirtybird, and desert hearts
i have been an artist for as long as I can remember. my earliest memories of creating go back to when i was barely 5 years old when my mom would take me to crafting classes. eventually she taught me how sew.
like many others, my small business journey started back in 2020 in the middle of the covid pandemic. i began experimenting with making wire wrapped crystal jewelry and slit weave clothing, unsure of a direction.
after dirtybird campinn b2b okeechobee in 2022, i arrived home full of inspiration and ready create my own festival accessories, as any fellow dirtybird enthusiast would do. as soon as i got home i picked up my old sewing machine from my mom’s house and officially began my hatting journey!
i am currently based out of northern colorado. when i am not making hats, i enjoy spending time with my orange cat finn, hot yoga, swimming in large bodies of water, thrifting, drum circles, camping, hiking, festivals, and traveling.
